90% refund for the tickets canceled more than 30 days from the travel date.
75% refund for the tickets canceled within 30 – 20 days from the travel date.
50% refund for the tickets canceled within 19 – 11 days from the travel date.
30% refund for the ticket canceled within 10 – 7 days from the travel date.
No refund for the ticket canceled in less than 7 days from the travel date.
