Day 01: Arrival at Paro - Thimphu

Distance: 55 km

Estimated time: 2 hrs

Day 02: Thimphu Sightseeing After breakfast, explore the following:

The Memorial Chorten, built in 1974 as a memorial for the Third King of Bhutan.

Kuenselphodrang, home to the largest Buddha statue in the country.

The School of Traditional Painting of Arts and Crafts.

Takin Preserve, housing the national animal, the Takin.

Bhutan Post Office Headquarters for personalized Bhutanese postage stamps.

Craft Bazaar and Government-run Handicrafts Emporium for traditional arts shopping.

In the evening, stroll through the charming city. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 03: Thimphu – Punakha

Distance: 70 km

Estimated time: 3 hrs

After breakfast, travel to Punakha & Wangdue through Dochula Pass (3140 m). Enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayan Mountain ranges. Visit the beautiful 108 chortens and Druk Wangyel Lakhang. Continue to Punakha, historically significant as the former capital. Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Punakha.

 

Day 04: Punakha-Paro

Distance: 125 km

Estimated Time: 4 hrs

Visit Punakha Dzong, the old capital of Bhutan. Explore the longest suspension bridge and trek to Khamsum Yulley Chorten. After lunch, travel to Paro. Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Paro.

 

Day 05: Tiger Nest Trek Embark on a trek to Tiger's Nest (Taktsang Monastery). Enjoy breathtaking views and a serene environment. In the evening, relax with a hot stone bath. Dinner and overnight in the hotel at Paro.

 

Day 06: Paro Sightseeing Visit Kyichu temple, Drugyel Dzong, National Museum of Bhutan, and Paro Fortress. Stroll through the unique architecture of the town. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 07: Airport Drop After breakfast, your guide and driver will drop you at the airport for your onward journey.

Total Package for your tour for 6 Nights and 7 Days in Bhutan. Per person: USD 330 per day in Peak Season, USD 280 per person per day in Off Season.
